The jibb Platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above. jibb does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. jibb enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification applied to all accounts prior to withdrawal processing.
If jibb discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, jibb will immediately close the associated account, void all transactions, and delete the personal data of the minor from its systems, subject to any retention obligations imposed by applicable law.
Parents and legal guardians who believe their child under 21 may have registered with jibb are encouraged to contact support immediately via the channels in Section 14.
jibb reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least fourteen (14) days before the amendment takes effect.
