1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jibb Casino ("jibb", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jibb.asia and its associated subdomains. By accessing the jibb platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

jibb operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jibb platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered through jibb.asia including live casino games, slots, sports betting, fish shooting games, and all other gaming products offered on the platform now or in the future.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the jibb platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling;
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of jibb or its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jibb or any other gaming platform under a voluntary exclusion agreement.

jibb enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification. All withdrawal requests require submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. jibb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the registered user is determined to be under 21 years of age, and to void all associated transactions.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the jibb platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jibb reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or bonuses associated with such accounts without notice or refund.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email address — is accurate, truthful, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify jibb of any changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jibb login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. jibb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. Notify jibb support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.4 KYC Verification

jibb is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering ("AMLA") regulations in the Philippines. You agree to provide such documentation as jibb may reasonably request, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds declarations where required.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

jibb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT, and Coins.ph. jibb reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment methods without prior notice.

All player deposits are held in segregated accounts separate from jibb's operational funds. jibb does not use player funds for operational expenses. Withdrawals of genuine winnings will be processed in accordance with jibb's withdrawal policy, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any active investigation for suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the jibb platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player and are determined by the relevant payment provider, not jibb.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit made through fraudulent means — including unauthorized use of a third party's payment account or chargeback fraud — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the jibb platform are governed by the individual game rules as displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for gameplay purposes only.

jibb uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable games, and live dealer games are operated by licensed providers. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. jibb cannot guarantee individual session outcomes, as all results are determined by chance.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use unauthorized automation tools, engage in collusion with other players, or manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jibb may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional benefits to players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which include wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Key general principles applicable to all jibb bonuses include:

• Bonuses are issued at jibb's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time for players who have not yet completed the applicable wagering requirements;
• One bonus per player per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure;
• jibb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• In the event of conflicting bonus terms, the specific promotion's terms and conditions take precedence over these general Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jibb platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation, or collusion;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity prohibited under Philippine AMLA legislation;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with platform software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jibb support staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

jibb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. jibb provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after defined periods of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Play History: Access your complete transaction and gameplay history at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jibb platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of jibb or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of jibb's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jibb's aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jibb shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from the player's own breach of these Terms or applicable law.

The jibb platform is provided "as is" and "as available." jibb makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the fitness of any game for a particular purpose, or any guaranteed return from gaming activity.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

jibb reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or compliance with a regulatory order. Upon termination for cause, jibb may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Genuine player balances not implicated in any investigation will be returned to the player through the original deposit method where technically feasible.

Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may contact jibb support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be disbursed to the player's registered GCash or bank account following completion of all applicable verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jibb platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome or transaction, players are encouraged to first submit a formal complaint to jibb support. jibb aims to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaint resolution process.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jibb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and will take effect fourteen (14) days from the date of notification. Your continued use of the jibb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
